Terms & Conditions:

  • Hotel reserves the right to keep outstanding balances in any case of an early official government request to leave program or by Covid-19 infections during the program participation, without any exceptions. In case of having fever or cough during the stay while not having contracted Covid-19, participants have the right to stay until end of the program.

  1. Cleans devices, compatible touch surfaces. before and after service

  2. All employees and customers must wear a cloth mask or a mask at all times during the service and use of the service

  3. Sufficient hand washing with soap or alcohol gel at service points

  4. Control the number of customers to avoid congestion by limiting the number of customers according to the size of the area and provide a distance of at least 1 meter

  5. There are screening measures for people entering the establishment. before entering the place and do not allow people with fever, cough or cold symptoms to enter the premises

  6. Provide good indoor ventilation. In the case of using air conditioners to clean regularly

  7. Garbage is properly managed on a daily basis

  8. Provide registration before entering and leaving the premises. with an application that the government has set or provides a book for registration
